We take the time and effort necessary to assure the quality of our work. For example, cells are expanded according to a strict passaging routine which is empirically determined beforehand for each cell line. Additionally, the cell count is measured at each passage. Through these and other protocols, we perfectly control cell confluence and
achieve a high batch-to-batch comparability. Cells in culture are identified by a unique ID number and strictly handled separately to avoid any confusion. They are also regularly checked for morphological abnormalities and contaminants, including mycoplasma.

All custom products (cells, membranes and proteins) are carefully controlled on a functional level before they are released for dispatch.
