Recombinant Proteins from Mammalian and Insect Cells

CCS produces and purifies recombinant proteins and preprares membranes from target expressing cell lines, for biochemical assay. Target proteins can be either stably expressed in recombinant cells lines or transiently in bulk transfected mammalian cells. The expression of proteins in baculovirus infected insect cells is also provided. For large scale production big incubators to cultivate adherent cells in CellSTACKs and bioreactors up to of 30 liters are available.
